Owingsville man dies from Sadieville work accident involving skid steer
LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Fayette County coroner announced on Friday morning that an Owingsville man died in a Lexington hospital after a roadside work accident in Sadieville. The accident happened on the night of May 12, per a report from the Fayette County Coroner's Office. Officials said a skid steer backed into Johnny Edwards Donahue of Owingsville while he was working on Josephine Road in Sadieville. He was taken to the University of Kentucky Medical Center, and just after 10:45 p.m. on Friday, authorities said Donahue, 35, died from his injuries in the work accident. An investigation into his death is ongoing.
