One woman dead after car hits tree in the Upstate
The Laurens County Coroner's Office says one woman is dead after hitting a tree in a car accident Saturday morning. The coroner says it happened in the area of Lisbon Road in Mountville when they received a call about a car vs tree. When they arrived, they found 17-year-old Christian L. Caughorn dead at the scene.The incident is being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Laurens County Coroner's Office.
