One dead in Terre Haute motorcycle crash
TERRE HAUTE, Ind. (WTWO/WAWV) -- One person was killed in a motorcycle crash Friday afternoon, according to the Terre Haute Police Department. The single-vehicle incident happened at about 5:15 p.m. in the 4900 block of Wabash Avenue. The driver was transported to a local hospital and later died from their injuries. "Our thoughts and prayers are with the victim’s family and friends during this difficult time," officials wrote in a news release. "The crash remains under investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available and as appropriate."
