Multiple vehicle crash impacts I-80 in Mercer County
SHENANGO TWP., Pa. (WKBN) - A multiple vehicle crash on Interstate 80 just over the state line in Mercer County impacted traffic Tuesday morning. According to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT), the crash happened around 5:45 a.m. about 2 miles past the state line in the westbound lanes. The westbound lanes were completely blocked but have reopened to traffic. This is in a construction area. It appears the crash involves a few larger vehicles, possibly a bus and a semi truck.
