Motorcyclist killed in tragic head-on collision on US-67
Around 7:40 a.m., a 2006 Kawasaki motorcycle heading west on US 67 tried to overtake a vehicle traveling in the same direction. Sadly, the motorcycle collided head-on with an eastbound 2021 Chevrolet Silverado. The driver of the motorcycle, Jamie Hope, aged 38 from Cleburne, tragically lost their life in the accident. However, the driver of the Silverado, identified as 37-year-old Jared Trabucco, was taken to Harris Downtown with minor injuries.
