
Missouri bus crash injures over 30 people
More than 30 individuals sustained injuries in a shuttle bus accident in Missouri on Saturday morning. The incident occurred when the driver of a Freightliner shuttle bus veered off the right side of State Highway 100 west of Eagles Nest Drive in Gasconade County at approximately 10:45 a.m., according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. After overcorrecting, the bus further went off the left side of the road and crashed into a ditch. The cause of the accident has not been revealed by officials. Among the 33 injured passengers, ranging from 27 to 68 years old, most suffered minor to moderate injuries based on online reports. Four individuals suffered serious injuries, including a 36-year-old woman, a 37-year-old man, a 45-year-old man, and a 60-year-old man. A 60-year-old woman on board did not sustain any injuries. All passengers, including the uninjured woman, were transported to local hospitals. Authorities did not release the names of those involved or confirm the total number of passengers on the bus and their destination.
