
Man identified in Brown County crash injuring 2 others
One person has passed away following a multi-vehicle accident in Brown County, as reported by the Georgetown Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The incident occurred early Tuesday morning on SR-32 at the junction of Eastwood Road in Sterling Township. The Highway Patrol stated that Mark O'Roark, aged 50 and a resident of Mount Orab, was driving an eastbound Hyundai Elantra on SR-32 when he collided with a stationary Chevrolet Camaro at the Eastwood Road intersection. The impact caused the Camaro to be forced into the intersection, where it struck a northbound Jeep Wrangler. Tragically, O'Roark was declared deceased at the accident site. A female passenger in his vehicle, aged 34, sustained severe injuries and was transported to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The Camaro driver was also hospitalized due to serious injuries, while the Jeep driver declined medical assistance at the scene. The Highway Patrol noted that neither O'Roark nor his passenger were wearing seat belts during the accident.
