Man from New Port Richey dies in five-car accident on Little Road: FHP
A man from New Port Richey, aged 59, tragically passed away several days after sustaining severe injuries in a five-vehicle crash on Little Road, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol. The incident occurred on a Tuesday afternoon south of Decubellis Road in New Port Richey, with the man experiencing a sudden medical emergency while driving southbound, causing him to lose control of his truck. This resulted in his vehicle crossing into northbound lanes and colliding with three other vehicles. The collision also led to one of the vehicles spinning out and hitting a fourth vehicle. Fortunately, the drivers of the other four vehicles involved, including individuals from Port Richey, Spring Hill, and Hudson, were not harmed. The man driving the truck was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries and unfortunately succumbed to those injuries on the following Saturday.
