UPDATE: Traffic flow has been restored on Interstate 10 in Santa Rosa County following an earlier incident involving a tractor-trailer crash that blocked lanes. The crash, which occurred on I-10 West at Mile Marker 34, resulted in lane closures and heavy traffic congestion. Florida 511 labeled the incident severity as "major." The crash was reported around 3:38 p.m., according to Florida 511. A portion of the interstate remains closed, with one lane open on the eastbound side at Mile Marker 34 near the SA Jones overpass bridge. Cleanup and investigation efforts are ongoing.
