Identification of woman killed in morning crash by Overland Park police
The Overland Park police in Kansas City, Missouri, have identified the woman who tragically lost her life on Tuesday morning after being struck by a vehicle while walking along Goddard Street near Switzer Road. The collision occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. when an eastbound driver struck a parked car, then hit the woman before ultimately hitting a tree, as reported by the police. The victim, Janet Dam, aged 68, was pronounced dead at the scene.
