I-40 delays and injuries due to car accident: TDOT
Earlier Friday morning, a collision on Interstate 40 heading west in Memphis resulted in injuries and traffic disruptions. Emergency responders were called to the scene of the crash at Hollywood, where only one lane of traffic remained open. Images captured by WREG show two vehicles damaged by the incident and a tow truck present. The cause of the crash and the extent of injuries are currently unknown.
