Tragedy struck early Sunday morning in Clinton Township, Franklin County, as a hit-and-run incident resulted in one woman losing her life and another fighting for survival. Authorities reported that the two women were walking on Westerville Road when a dark sedan struck them before speeding away from the scene. The victims were rushed to Riverside Methodist Hospital, where one succumbed to her injuries and the other remains in critical condition.
