Florida man killed in Garfield County crash
Authorities say a Florida man has died following an accident in Garfield County. Around 7:30 a.m. on July 2, emergency crews were called to Hwy 132 and W. Robertson Rd. in Garfield County. Investigators say the vehicle, driven by 35-year-old Steven Parker, crossed the center line, left the roadway and hit a concrete culvert. After hitting the culvert, officials say the vehicle hit a barbwire fence and rolled several times in a field. According to the accident report, Parker was ejected during the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.
