Fez Plane Accident Under Investigation

Morocco's Ministry of Transport and Logistics has initiated an official inquiry into a recent plane incident at Fez-Saiss Airport. The accident involved a Moroccan Air Ocean aircraft veering off the runway during landing. The flight, originating from Marrakech, failed to halt properly upon landing, causing the plane to slide off the runway and collide with the airport's wall. The incident, which occurred at 4:10 PM local time, impacted a Hawker XP800 jet bearing the registration CN-TKC. Photos and videos display substantial damage to the aircraft from the accident. The ministry reports injuries to three crew members and one individual on the ground, all promptly receiving medical attention at a specialized clinic in Fez. A team from the Civil Aviation Accident Investigation Bureau has been dispatched to assess the crash site and conduct a thorough investigation into the cause of the mishap. The Ministry aims to ensure air travel safety by taking all necessary measures and will provide updates as the investigation progresses. Videos circulating online exhibit the severely damaged aircraft as authorities inspect the scene.
