Fatality on I-469: One ejected from vehicle
Authorities in Fort Wayne, Indiana responded to a tragic incident where a man lost his life in a crash on Saturday evening. The Allen County Sheriff’s Department was called to the scene on the I-469 to I-69 ramp and found the driver outside his car after being ejected. Despite efforts by officers and EMS to save him, the man was declared deceased at the crash site. The collision only involved the man's vehicle, and he was the sole occupant. The identity of the driver will be disclosed by the Allen County Coroner’s Office later. The incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Department.
