Fatal Stafford crash claims three lives in Genesee County
STAFFORD, N.Y.(WROC) — Three people have died after a fatal crash involving one car in the town of Stafford. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office reports that the 911 call for the crash came in at 2:01 a.m. on June 14. Upon arrival, responders found all three occupants of a car to be deceased. They say the driver was 23-year-old Joseph Martinez of Pavilion, and the other two passengers, both from Batavia, were 23-year-old Dylan Pehrson and Megan Merrell. Authorities determined that the vehicle was traveling northbound on Prole Road when it left the road and crashed into a tree. The accident is still under investigation by the GCSO and Crash Management Team.
