Fatal skiing mishap at Park City Mountain claims life of Florida woman
A woman from Florida tragically passed away in a skiing incident at Park City Mountain earlier this week, as confirmed by resort officials on Friday. The 61-year-old woman was on an intermediate trail near the Dreamscape Lift when the accident occurred. Specific details about the incident were not disclosed. The Park City Ski Patrol responded to the situation and the woman was airlifted to the University of Utah Hospital where she later passed away. Deirdra Walsh, vice president and chief operating officer of Park City Mountain, expressed condolences on behalf of the resort team to the woman's family and friends.
