Fatal pedestrian accident claims the life of 31-year-old Jorge Garcia Jr. in Pacific Beach
Alpine Resident Identified as Victim of Fatal Pedestrian Collision in Pacific Beach Authorities have confirmed that Jorge Garcia Jr., 31, from Alpine, tragically lost his life on Sunday in Pacific Beach after he was struck by a vehicle while walking. The incident took place near the intersection of Grand Avenue and Kendall Street at around 3 p.m. Jorge Garcia Jr. was crossing the road when he was hit by an SUV traveling eastbound.
