
Fatal I-25 crash injures 4 near downtown Denver morning
Interstate 25 northbound had to close for several hours near downtown Denver on Sunday morning due to a fatal collision involving two vehicles, as reported by authorities. The incident occurred on northbound I-25 at 20th Street, with the closure extending to 23rd Street, stated Denver police before 4 a.m. By 9:15 a.m., the road was reopened, as per COtrip. Tragically, one person was declared dead at the scene, and four others were hospitalized, three with severe injuries. The cause of the crash remains unknown, according to the police.
