Fatal head-on collision in Kosciusko County
Investigators are currently looking into the cause of a fatal crash that occurred in Van Buren Township in Kosciusko County, Indiana. The incident took place on Thursday morning on State Road 15, where a car and a pickup truck collided head-on near Milford. Sadly, the driver of the car, 19-year-old Sarah Mischke, was pronounced dead at the scene, while the truck driver, 68-year-old Dale Wert, succumbed to his injuries in a Fort Wayne hospital. The Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department is being assisted in the investigation by the Kosciusko County FACT Team.
