Fatal DUI Crash Claims Life of Pregnant Woman
A 24-year-old man from Riverside has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence following a tragic accident in Anaheim that resulted in the death of a pregnant woman. The collision occurred in the early hours of Sunday at an intersection in Anaheim. The pregnant woman, a passenger in a Toyota struck by another vehicle, tragically passed away at the scene as a result of the impact. The driver of the other vehicle, identified as Daniel Ramos, was taken into custody for showing signs of impairment and booked into the Anaheim Detention Facility. Authorities are appealing for any witnesses to come forward to assist in the investigation.
