Fatal Crash: Teen-Filled Truck Hits Tree
A tragic accident occurred in Newbury Township early Saturday morning, resulting in the death of a 15-year-old and injuries to two other teenagers. The incident took place near SR 44 when a Ford F250 veered off Burton Heights Blvd. and struck a tree. The driver, 19-year-old Noah Leininger, was unharmed, while the two passengers, ages 19 and 18, sustained minor injuries. Unfortunately, the 15-year-old did not survive the crash. None of the truck's occupants were wearing seatbelts, and speed is believed to have played a role in the accident. The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating the incident further.
