ORIGINAL REPORT: LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- A fatal crash involving multiple vehicles occurred in Lafayette early Tuesday morning, resulting in the closure of a significant intersection. The accident happened around 5:13 a.m. at the intersection of Johnston Street and E. Broussard Road. Both sides of Johnston Street at E. Broussard Road have been shut down to aid traffic flow and investigation efforts. Motorists are advised to find other routes to avoid delays.
