Fatal crash on Highway 62 injures three
A tragic accident occurred on Highway 62 in Garfield, Arkansas on Friday night, resulting in the death of Jazzlyn Leigh Elliott, a 22-year-old from Bentonville, and injuring three others from Rogers – Ilana Ramires (21), Makicicason Amor (18), and Benjamin Garlinghouse (23). The crash involved a 2023 Freightliner and a 2017 Jeep and took place at around 11:07 p.m., as reported by the Arkansas State Police. The vehicles collided after the truck veered off the road on a clear night with dry conditions. The injured individuals were transported to Mercy Rogers and Mercy Springfield for medical care following the incident.
