A man from Fountain, Colorado, lost his life in a crash on Saturday evening in Leavenworth, Kansas. The incident occurred at around 6:15 p.m. at the intersection of South 10th Street and Cherokee Street, according to reports from the Kansas Highway Patrol. The man, aged 64, was riding a 2001 Harley-Davidson Heritage westbound on Cherokee when he failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection. Consequently, he collided with a 2017 Toyota Camry traveling northbound on South 10th Street. The motorcyclist passed away in the accident, while the 68-year-old female driver of the Camry sustained minor injuries.
