Fatal crash in Richmond injures 2, kills Chesterfield woman
A tragic accident occurred in Richmond on Monday, where a Chesterfield County woman lost her life and two men were seriously injured in a collision involving three vehicles. The collision took place around 4:42 p.m. on Chippenham Parkway near the Huguenot Road interchange. The incident involved a northbound driver who crossed the median and collided with two southbound vehicles. The drivers of the other vehicles were an unidentified man and 31-year-old Tiana Baker from Chesterfield County. They were the sole occupants of their respective vehicles. The three individuals were rushed to a local hospital with severe injuries, and unfortunately, Baker passed away. Fortunately, one of the injured men has been discharged, while the driver who crossed the median is still undergoing treatment. Police have not pressed any charges, and the investigation is ongoing.
