Early Saturday morning in Delaware County, a fatal accident occurred on South County Road 575 East, where a pickup truck collided with a tree, resulting in one fatality. The Delaware County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene and found significant damage to the vehicle, indicating that the truck had left the roadway for unknown reasons. Sadly, the driver, the sole occupant of the truck, was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident is currently being investigated by the authorities with no evidence of other vehicles involved found so far.
