Fatal crash in Chaves County closes portion of 380 East

CHAVES COUNTY, N.M. (KRQE) — The Chaves County Sheriff's Office is responding to the scene of a fatal crash. According to the sheriff's office, the crash is located on 380 East, mile 168. Both eastbound and westbound lands are closed. The public is asked to avoid the area at this time.
