Fatal crash in Blair County caused by medical emergency
In Roaring Spring, Blair County, Pennsylvania, a tragic incident occurred as a woman lost her life in a solo vehicle accident. The Blair County Coroner's office responded to the location on Woodbury Pike for an investigation following the passing of 76-year-old Pauline Grace. The Deputy Coroner found that the crash resulted from a medical emergency Grace experienced while driving north, leading her to veer off the road and collide with a tree. Fortunately, no other individuals or vehicles were involved in the accident. Emergency responders, including the Roaring Spring and Freedom Township Fire Departments, AMED, and a local towing company, assisted at the scene in the aftermath of the collision.
