Fatal crash in Blair County caused by medical emergency

In Roaring Spring, Blair County, Pennsylvania, a tragic incident occurred as a woman lost her life in a solo vehicle accident. The Blair County Coroner's office responded to the location on Woodbury Pike for an investigation following the passing of 76-year-old Pauline Grace. The Deputy Coroner found that the crash resulted from a medical emergency Grace experienced while driving north, leading her to veer off the road and collide with a tree.
