Fatal crash claims lives of Barbie designers and Madonna doll makers

Barbie creators and Madonna doll designers Mario Paglino and Gianni Grossi tragically passed away in a car accident in Italy over the weekend. The incident occurred near the border of Piedmont and Lombardy regions when a driver entered the road in the wrong direction, resulting in four fatalities and one person being seriously injured and transported to Niguarda Hospital in Milan. Recognizing their contributions, Mattel released a statement on Instagram honoring Paglino and Grossi, who worked as Magia2000 and collaborated with Mattel on various Barbie projects. The duo was known for their exceptional designs and creations, beloved by collectors worldwide. Paglino and Grossi's company, Magia 2000, was established in 1999 and they collaborated with Mattel to produce Barbie dolls, outfits, and special collections.
