Fatal Crash 210 Freeway, State Street in San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO, Calif., (Feb. 11, 2026) — A tragic crash early this morning in San Bernardino resulted in a fatality on the Interstate 210 Freeway West near State Street. The incident occurred on Feb. 11th at approximately 4:58 a.m., when a black 300CX convertible reportedly collided in the number one lane, causing a significant traffic disruption. A second vehicle, a black Toyota Supra, was reportedly facing the wrong way and blocking the HOV lane, leading to a near-miss incident as emergency responders arrived at the scene. Authorities from the California Highway Patrol, along with local emergency services, responded swiftly. By 5:10 a.m., all lanes were stopped to facilitate emergency operations, while fire services were expedited to manage the situation. Several towing companies were involved in the effort to clear the vehicles and reopen lanes, which occurred shortly after 6:47 a.m. Tragically, one individual succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
