Fatal collision involving Chevy Malibu and semi-truck
A tragic accident in Marion, Ohio has left a 42-year-old man dead after a collision between a Chevy Malibu and a semi-truck. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the incident occurring around 7 p.m. on January 19 on Marion-Williamsport Road West in Marion Township. Joshua Criswell, the driver of the Malibu, veered over the centerline and collided with the semi-tractor and trailer, resulting in his death. The semi driver suffered minor injuries and received treatment at the scene. It was noted that Criswell was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident.
