Fatal collision in West Valley involving multiple vehicles leads to man's death
A man tragically passed away following a series of vehicle collisions late Saturday night. According to West Valley City Police reported by FOX 13 News, the incident occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. on 3100 South. The driver, a 69-year-old man, first collided with a vehicle near 3750 West before causing a chain reaction involving two more vehicles. Subsequently, the man drove against traffic and crashed head-on into a total of four vehicles. Emergency responders extricated the driver and took him to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. Fortunately, the three other drivers and ten passengers involved in the accidents sustained only minor injuries and received treatment at the scene.
