Fatal collision between bicyclist and MAX train in SE Portland, according to TriMet
A bicyclist tragically passed away following a collision with a MAX train in Southeast Portland. Portland Fire and Rescue reported that the cyclist was hit by the train and then went under it. Authorities confirmed that the individual did not survive the impact. The Multnomah County Medical Examiner has been notified, and law enforcement is on the scene.
