Fatal Bronx collision injures 6: NYPD
A recent car collision in the Bronx at 2063 Bartow Avenue resulted in injuries for several individuals and one fatality, based on police reports. The incident, involving three cars, occurred at approximately 5:30 p.m., as per law enforcement officials. Seven individuals sustained injuries and were swiftly transported to a nearby hospital by Emergency Medical Services. Tragically, a 71-year-old woman passed away at the hospital, law enforcement confirmed. A vehicle seemed to have collided with a traffic light, causing extensive damage to the front end, as seen in a video shared on the Citizen App. An extensive inquiry is currently underway. Fortunately, the remaining six individuals are in stable condition and are anticipated to recover, the police assured.
