Fatal Accident in LA
A driver tragically lost their life after their pickup truck became stuck between a wall and a tree on Wednesday night in La Mirada. Emergency responders from LASD and LACoFD arrived at the scene on Leffingwell Road just west of La Mirada Blvd. Unfortunately, the driver, believed to be male, was found unresponsive hanging out of the window of the truck. Despite efforts from firefighters, the injuries were too severe, and the driver was pronounced dead at the scene. The eastbound lanes at Arroyo Drive have been closed off by deputies as they investigate the fatal crash. The cause of the accident is still unknown. LASD Norwalk is handling the incident.
