Family in North Riverside searching for missing cat after car accident in Valparaiso, IN
A family from the Chicago area is currently on a holiday road trip that has taken an unexpected turn as they now find themselves searching for their missing pet. April Leigh, who resides in North Riverside, shared that their family was involved in a car crash near Valparaiso, Indiana, while returning from Ohio last Sunday. During the accident, both of their cats managed to flee from the vehicle. Thanks to a social media post, one of the cats, Mochi, was successfully located hiding under a building. However, the second feline, Allie, is still yet to be found. Several kind-hearted individuals have volunteered to assist in the search efforts in hopes of reuniting Allie with her family.
