Enfield crash closes road after taking down pole and wires
ENFIELD, Conn. (WTNH) - A crash Sunday morning has closed a section of Brainard Road in Enfield. According to an Enfield Police Department Facebook post shortly after 8 a.m. the road is closed between George Washington Road and Sharren Lane due to wires and a utility pole in the road. The road is expected to be closed for an extended period of time. The post says Eversource has been notified but Eversource is not reporting any outages due to this crash. Police are not saying anything more than what has been posted on Facebook.
