Elkins man charged in relation to deadly motorcycle crash
A man from Elkins was recently taken into custody on charges of negligent homicide after a motorcycle incident earlier this year. Caleb Fouts, 21, was held at Washington County jail and later released on bond. Reports indicated that Fouts was involved in a collision with a motorcycle on U.S. 412, resulting in the deaths of both the driver and a passenger. Blood alcohol tests conducted after the accident revealed Fouts had a BAC of .070%.
