Driver ejected from car 300 feet from deadly Sonoma County crash
In Sonoma County, a tragic single-car accident resulted in the discovery of the deceased driver's body approximately 300 feet away from the vehicle on private property. The California Highway Patrol revealed that the driver likely crashed their Dodge Ram near Franz Valley Road, south of Spencer Lane. The authorities from CHP's Santa Rosa office arrived at the scene on Friday morning following an alert at 9:33 a.m. Initially, the driver was not found, but was later identified as a tenant on the property, found lifeless near the vehicle. The crash is currently being investigated, with suspicions pointing to the driver being thrown from the vehicle after losing control. The incident involved the truck careening downhill, colliding with a fence and tree. The victim's identity has not yet been disclosed.
