Detective hurt in crash after truck runs stop sign, Cumberland County Sheriff’s Office says
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (WNCN) — A Cumberland County Sheriff's Office detective was hurt in a crash late Monday night in Fayetteville, the sheriff's office said. According to the sheriff's office, the crash happened on Montclair Road after a pickup truck ran a stop sign and collided with the detective' unmarked car. Both the driver of the truck and the detective have been taken to the hospital, the sheriff's office said. The crash is still under investigation.
