Crash on State Route 9N in Corinth with injuries reported
CORINTH, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- One person has died and another was injured in a crash in the town of Corinth. It took place just after 5:30 p.m. Friday on State Route 9N near Antone Mountain Road. The Saratoga County Sheriff's Office said Joan Meyer, 84, of Lake Luzerne, crossed into the oncoming lane and struck a Chevrolet Silverado head-on. Meyer died at Saratoga Hospital. The driver of the Silverado was taken to Albany Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
