Collision between plane and car during emergency landing on Castle Rock street
A small plane crash-landed on a road in Castle Rock without causing any injuries, hitting a car in the process. Emergency responders were quickly on the scene. The incident occurred when the plane attempted to land at Centennial Airport but experienced a power loss. Fortunately, all occupants, including a young girl, were unharmed. The road closure due to the crash was resolved by 8:36 p.m., with authorities notifying the FAA and NTSB. The plane, a 1966 Piper PA-28-235, is being towed away to clear the roadway for traffic.
