Charges Filed in Fatal Wrong-Way Crash in Ozaukee County
A man from Milwaukee is facing criminal charges in connection with a tragic wrong-way crash in Ozaukee County that resulted in the deaths of a couple from Oostburg and left their daughter severely injured. The man, identified as 34-year-old Ace Vue, has been charged with reckless homicide and reckless injury. Vue was also injured in the crash and is currently hospitalized. The incident occurred in the early hours of May 26, 2025, on I-43 in the Town of Belgium. According to reports, Vue's vehicle was captured on dashcam driving at speeds over 100 mph and traveling in the wrong direction, resulting in a devastating collision with the victims' car. Authorities suspect that drugs or alcohol may have played a role in the crash, but toxicology results are pending. A fundraiser has been organized to support the surviving daughter who sustained serious injuries in the tragic accident.
