
Car collides with Walmart in White Hall, 1 person taken to hospital
A driver was sent to the hospital after crashing their vehicle into a Walmart store in White Hall, as reported by the Valley Volunteer Fire Department. Emergency crews were called to the scene following a single-vehicle accident at around 12:20 p.m. on Friday. The vehicle had hit the side of the building in the grocery pick-up area, but fortunately, there was no entrapment as the driver had already exited the heavily damaged vehicle. The incident was believed to be caused by a medical condition. The driver received medical attention at a local hospital, and the car was later removed by Hawkins Towing. Thankfully, there were no other injuries reported. The White Hall Police Department conducted the investigation, with support from rescue squads from Fairmont, White Hall, and Mannington.
