Car collides with barn roof in Germany, causing serious injuries to 2 individuals
Authorities in northwestern Germany reported that a car accident in Bohmte resulted in injuries to multiple individuals. The vehicle initially hit a parked car, then crashed through a hedge into a garden where it struck a young boy on a trampoline. Upon hitting uneven ground, the car was propelled into the air, landing on the roof of a nearby barn. The 7-year-old boy sustained serious injuries, while the driver, a 42-year-old man, along with his wife and other passengers, suffered minor injuries. Emergency responders, including firefighters, ambulances, and helicopters, were dispatched to the scene. Rescuers were shown cutting through the roof to access the car, which was later removed with a crane. An investigation is ongoing into the incident.
