
97-Year-Old Woman Airlifted to Hospital Following Car Crash into Delaware Dollar Tree
A 97-year-old woman was airlifted to the hospital after being struck by a car that crashed into a Dollar Tree store in Milford, Delaware on Saturday. The incident occurred at the Cypress Hall Shopping Center near South DuPont Boulevard around 3:30 p.m. A gold Hyundai Elantra collided with the store, hitting the elderly woman who was shopping inside before coming to a stop at the back of the building. The woman is currently in stable but critical condition at a nearby hospital. The 44-year-old female driver also sustained injuries and is receiving medical treatment, with her condition unknown at this time. Additionally, a 76-year-old shopper was injured by falling debris inside the store but has since been released from the hospital after receiving care.
