The police say a woman's arm was struck by the mirror of a pickup truck, and then the same truck hit a man at high speed on the roadway. The man succumbed to his injuries after being taken to the hospital. The driver did not stop after the collision, but the police later found the vehicle and the alleged perpetrator. The teenager faces charges of failure to stop and provide aid resulting in death and injury, officials state. As the teen is a minor, his identity has not been disclosed, and the name of the deceased individual has not been revealed either.
