1 flown to hospital after Franklin County rescue crews respond to 'industrial accident'

Fire crews responded to a rescue call over the weekend at Franklin Storage after an industrial accident sent someone to the hospital. Around lunchtime on Saturday, the Franklin Fire Company said crews were called to the 900 block of Kriner Road in Guilford Township to assist with an industrial accident that trapped one person. At the scene, crews said they were already free and removed from the machine. One of the squads helped establish a landing zone at the scene for a rescue chopper to fly the patient to the hospital for treatment. Their status is unknown.
